We are actively seeking an Associate Director with around 8+ years of consulting experience, and a passion for and knowledge of our target sectors. You will be taking on a wider management role within this growing business, leading on various projects and teams. Our offices are located in Covent Garden, although your work will take you across the world.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking responsibility for key accounts within our portfolio of clients, to grow MTM’s commercial relationships with these businesses
  • Leading and managing all aspects of consulting projects, including design components, financial modelling, and final delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and results
  • Organising, and holding responsibility for industry shaping events. These may be strategy workshops, thought leadership seminars, or panels at major industry conferences
  • Holding a crucial business development role, by developing our network of contacts and selling work in particular segments of the market to ensure our growth

We are recruiting for a Business Analyst with 0-2 years of consulting experience and a passion for and knowledge of our target sectors. You will work closely with experienced and talented colleagues throughout a diverse range of client projects, from the initial scoping stages through to final delivery. Typically you will be working on 2-3 projects at any point in time, mainly based in London, and working out of our office in Covent Garden.

Your role and responsibilities will vary by project, but will include:

  • Gathering qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources, and analysing to provide insights into our clients’ businesses and the markets they operate in
  • Conducting large scale research and interview programmes
  • Supporting the design and delivery of client workshops
  • Financial modelling of businesses and markets
  • Working within multi-disciplinary teams to produce client briefings, reports and presentations

Experience/ requirements:

We don’t mind if you’ve worked the last 2 years at a top strategy consultancy firm, spent time working in industry or have just graduated from university. What we care about is your personality and your skills.
